We think you'll find the American Veterinary Medical Association's "Care for Pets" web site full of useful information. This site features information on animal health care, animal safety, pet loss issues and even helps you select the proper pet for your family. They also have a "Kid's Corner" with games that will help establish that special bond between your children and their pets. Read through their 'Pet Stories" section, where they feature stories on heroic acts and select a monthly "Story of the Month"
